Vice President, Digital Health Insights Community & Analytics (DHX)

The Vice President, DHX serves on the CHIME Leadership Team and is responsible for leadership and management of audience, data, and analytics activities for DHX (Community, Insights and Analytics). This scope shall include providing strategic leadership, operational management, and subject matter expertise for the development and execution of CHIME’s digital health community, media and insights, data, and analytics strategies related to the Digital Health ecosystem.

Vice President, Membership

The Vice President of Membership serves on the CHIME Leadership Team and is responsible for providing leadership oversight for CHIME’s healthcare provider membership operations. This includes the development and execution of membership initiatives that drive the strategic membership pillars of recruitment, retention, engagement, and satisfaction. The VP will also provide leadership for the financial, administrative, and internal functions, systems, and services needed to develop, grow, and realize value from new and existing Membership programs. This includes directing and managing these initiatives to ensure they are aligned with the overall strategy of CHIME. This role is pivotal in ensuring that CHIME remains vibrant, inclusive, and attractive to healthcare providers in the digital health ecosystem.

Specialist, Membership Services

The Specialist, Membership Services will work effectively, cooperatively, and proactively with CHIME’s healthcare provider membership operations team, and in collaboration with many additional departments throughout the organization. The Specialist, Membership Services will build and maintain relationships with Association members while delivering meaningful benefits and interactive experiences providing exceptional customer service during frequent membership interactions. The Specialist will provide services that are aligned with the overall strategy of CHIME.

Social Media Specialist

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for working closely with subject matter experts, product owners, creatives and other key stakeholders to translate insights into action. This role is critical to contributing to impactful marketing strategies with key team members and bringing those strategies to life through highly engaging creative social content with proven results.
