Certifications and certificates are fast becoming the preferred method of advancing one's knowledge and abilities. CHIME's certifications and certificates help digital health leaders who are looking to expand their skillsets and prove their commitment to healthcare excellence through higher learning.
CHCIO
The CHIME Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO) program is the first certification program exclusively for CIOs and IT executives in the healthcare industry. A CHCIO demonstrates the commitment, knowledge and experience required to master the core skills inherent to successful healthcare CIOs and IT executives. CHIME members who have been in a healthcare CIO or equivalent position for at least three years and want to enhance their professional stature are eligible to become certified.
CHISL
The Certified Healthcare Information Security Leader (CHISL) is a Strategic Executive who demonstrates dynamic, forward-thinking leadership with technical proficiency and tactical knowledge. Above all else, the CHISL is a leader, managing people and the protection of networks contributing to the overall protection of the healthcare infrastructure. Individuals with a least three years’ experience in information technology and one year in healthcare leadership is encouraged to apply.
CDH-E Program
The Certified Digital Health Executive (CDH-E) Program is designed for all senior level healthcare executives serving in the healthcare digital space. This program is designed to test one’s senior level leadership experience, knowledge, and understanding in the larger healthcare IT industry. This program is open to all healthcare providers, payers, and partners with a minimum of three years executive healthcare experience.
