Health Data Movers Welcomes Abby Polich as Senior Vice President of Client Services

Health Data Movers (HDM) is proud to announce the appointment of Abby Polich as Senior Vice President of Client Services. She currently serves as President of the Greater Kansas City HIMSS Chapter.

Abby brings nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare IT leadership, where she has led sales enablement, solution development, delivery excellence, and operational change management for healthcare organizations nationwide. Her appointment marks a pivotal moment in HDM’s continued growth and commitment to delivering top-tier client service and innovation.

Abby began her career at Epic, where she developed a strong foundation in healthcare technology and implementation. Most recently, Abby served as SVP of Internal Operations at TridentCare, where she led a 300-person team through a transformative operational consolidation. Her work significantly enhanced customer service and improved team cohesion.

Earlier in her career, Abby played a vital role in expanding large-scale implementation services, generating over $115 million in annual revenue and earning industry accolades. She is widely respected for her strategic mindset and ability to build high-performing teams aligned with long-term organizational goals.
