Breaking Down Barriers and Paving the Way

The female leaders of CHIME have made a commitment to help increase the representation of women in health IT and close a gender-based pay gap that persists in the healthcare industry. This session will bring CHIME’s women members together in a program designed to give female CIOs the leadership skills, competence and confidence to help eliminate gender disparities in the profession. It will include a guest speaker from Girls Inc., as well as members from the Girls Inc. STEM Program.
