    • Participation in the CHIME Cooperative Purchasing Program is voluntary. All contracts for products and services from a CHIME Foundation participating in the program will be between the participating CHIME Foundation member and the hospital or other organization in which the CHIME member is employed. Neither CHIME Technologies nor any of its affiliates have any authority to enter into or negotiate any contract or facilitate any contract negotiations.  Neither CHIME Technologies nor its affiliates make any representations or warranties regarding the products or services offered by a participating CHIME Foundation member or have any control over, or responsibility for, the products and services offered by such CHIME Foundation member.
