TEFCA couldn’t come at a more opportune time as consumers are taking the same proactive and tech-driven approach to healthcare that they have adopted in other industries, banking and retail for instance. Consumer expectations, especially after COVID, center around the immediacy and transparency of services and technology and are the accelerating force behind hospitals investing in data-supported solutions that help to improve consumer experience, allowing them to be seen and understood, especially as care starts to take place anywhere and at a distance.
