Session Description:
In a recent report on patient engagement, a CIO said that the healthcare industry is definitely moving towards personalization. In this focus group, we’ll discuss if that is true and if so where the industry is with that shift. And as we move to more personalized experiences, what should that look like in a mobile experience where experiences can be customized by user type (i.e., patient, visitor, staff or even type of patient).
