Digital Transformation of Healthcare- Consumerization Can’t Win Alone
Digital is a new business for Healthcare and it is transforming Healthcare rapidly. We’re heading into the post-digital era where health systems need to adopt new and emerging technologies such as AI, Big Data- Analytics, Blockchain, 5G besides the EHR. While progress has been made in the digitalhealth, it hasn’t necessarily been transformational in most of the cases. Healthcare stakeholders are concerned that even after spending a significant amount of their budget on DT efforts, they are not able to achieve the desired patient engagement, experience and business outcomes. In this engaging session, the audience will learn the key components of a successful DT Strategy which combines Cloud, Consumerization and DIgital together to deliver upon the value based care transformation promise.
