Happy, Healthy, and Engaged Patients and Clinicians – Making it Happen with Your Digital Front Door
Today, as the competition for patients and clinicians intensifies, healthcare delivery organizations face a growing imperative to accelerate digital transformation – especially for improved patient access. Digital technology has made it easier and more convenient for patients to proactively engage with their health and find the right care at the right time. However, many healthcare delivery organizations have yet to expand their digital front door offerings beyond patient and community portals or contact centers, and are struggling to integrate digital access across care settings. In this interactive focus group, we plan to discuss healthcare organizations’ unique and evolving challenges in transforming digital access and offer solutions to breakdown the silos to connect workflows and processes allowing for seamless patient access.

2. When it comes to online appointment scheduling how much capacity do you have accessible? Are you only solving for a narrow patient need with current digital tools?
3. How are you measuring patient and clinician experience?
4. How do you enable alignment of IT strategy with clinical/operational strategy for improved workflow?
