Moving from Surviving to Thriving in a World of Revenue Shortfall and Budget Constraints

Event Information

The healthcare provider market has experienced extreme distress due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Many patients cancelled elective procedures, there has been an increase in uncompensated care due to rising unemployment rates, and the expenditures to treat COVID-positive patients are high. Even with these significant revenue shortfalls and budget constraints, healthcare IT leaders are expected to advance their innovation initiatives and ‘do more with less’. In this focus group, Leidos experts will facilitate an interactive discussion to understand the specific challenges IT organizations are facing, how IT organizations are responding, and innovative initiatives spurred by current economic conditions.

Start Date: 12/08/2020
Event Type: Archived , Online Focus Group
Session Speaker(s):

Scott Gildea,
