Session Description:

Healthcare’s ever-changing technology landscape means the only constant is change. Today, more than ever, organizations need to proactively manage such change in order to achieve strategic goals and objectives. In this focus group, we plan to delve into the topic of Organizational Change Management with participants, working to:

• understand pain points 
• explore barriers to change 
• discuss the types of initiatives that can most benefit from a Change Management initiative
