In this webinar, healthcare leaders lead a conversation on identifying social and systemic factors that drive health disparities and inequities, and how they impact health outcomes. We will observe how privileges and marginalization inform data analyses, diagnoses, patient treatment plans, presumptions regarding patient access to resources, and other health outcomes. Ultimately, we aim to discover how health IT can practically counter the impact of SDOH contributions to health disparities and inequities.
