- Problem Statement 1: Healthcare has limited staff and financial resources and connectivity has a high demand on both.
- Problem Statement 2: The demand to move towards SaaS models and Cloud is increasing. This has created some struggle to manage the carrier network, expenses associated with this and a new challenge to service the entire system with a 0 tolerance for down time.
- Problem Statement 3: Telecom invoices are difficult to understand and fluctuate with little ability to decipher the reasons behind it. Without extra time devoted, many invoices are ‘just’ paid.
