Session Description:

The behavioral health service line has both embraced and been an early adopter of digital health solutions. While these solutions have provided opportunities to reshape operational norms and expand access, healthcare organizations have also encountered challenges that have been difficult to overcome. This focus group session will discuss where digital health solutions have successfully added value and areas where capabilities have yet to be fully realized. Together, we will look at the broader mental health landscape and share perspectives on the future of digital health solutions and identify the areas of opportunity for organizations to invest thoughtfully in this space.
