Recent research has shown elevating rates of burnout in the physician population,
much to the detriment to the physicians and the patients and organizations they serve.
In this collaborative discussion, we'll look at the EHR as a contributor to physician dissatisfaction
and how optimization projects can be tailored to address provider satisfaction. We will share some
specific program examples as well as the components we believe programs must have to see positive
effects on physician happiness with the system.
