The Healthcare CIO Boot Camp
The Healthcare CIO Boot Camp is built around a research-based model of CIO success pioneered by CHIME, called the CIO Success Factors. The CIO Success Factor model is founded on seven critical and developable skills that study showed are inherent in successful healthcare CIOs.
Combining presentations, small group discussions, case-study, mentoring, and interactive problem solving, the Healthcare CIO Boot Camp’s learning methodology is practical, personal, and uniquely tailored to the needs of the participants.
Who Should Attend:
The Boot Camp is specifically designed for healthcare IT professionals seeking to acquire the skills and knowledge base needed to become successful at the CIO level. The teachings are equally appropriate for current CIOs looking to sharpen and enhance their leadership skills.
Note: The fee to attend the Boot Camp is not included in the Fall Forum registration fees. Registrations are processed on member eligibility and a first come, first-served basis; space is limited. The registration fee for the workshop is $4,995.00
Participation in the Boot Camp is currently limited to members of CHIME and their direct reports (including Affiliates). CHIME Foundation representatives are not eligible to attend. Questions about eligibility? Please contact the CHIME office for assistance at 734.665.000 prior to registering.
