Saad Chaudhry has more than two decades of progressive healthcare-focused technology experience. He has served in leadership roles in the U.S. and abroad with some notable organizations such as Johns Hopkins, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and Gartner. He currently serves as the Chief Digital and Information Officer at Luminis Health where he oversees IT and Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations. Chaudhry is a certified healthcare CIO (CHCIO) and a certified digital health executive (CDH-E) through the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME). He holds a Master of Public Policy and Management with a healthcare focus from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science in Communications and Information Systems from Robert Morris University. Chaudhry also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the School of Health at Georgetown University, holds multiple board roles, including as a member of the Board of Trustees of CHIME, and is a frequent contributor to publications including Forbes.com.

Dr. Zafar Chaudry has been Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Seattle Children's since November 06, 2017. Zafar received a promotion to Chief Digital Officer and Chief Information Officer in 2021. Through his role, he provides vision and leadership for the development of technology initiatives and enterprise-wide information systems and services for Seattle Children’s. His goal is to enable clinicians with the best technology to deliver safe and excellent care to our patients.

Dr. Zafar Chaudry is a recognized leader and valued mentor in healthcare technology. Dr. Chaudry was a nominee for the 2024 and 2023 National CIO of the Year ORBIE Awards for Healthcare. Dr. Chaudry is an award recipient of the 2022 CHIME Transformational Leader Award and the 2022 Seattle CIO of the Year ORBIE Awards for Healthcare. Dr. Zafar Chaudry was a nominee for the 2021 CHIME - AHA Transformational Leadership Award. Dr. Chaudry has also been a finalist for the Seattle CIO of the Year ORBIE Awards (2020 and 2021). He previously served as Chief Information Officer at Cambridge University Hospitals in the United Kingdom. Prior to Cambridge University Hospitals, he served as Global Research Director at Gartner. He also served as Chief Information Officer at the Liverpool Women's and Alder Hey Children's Hospitals in the U.K.; Consulting Editor for Hospital Information Technology Europe Magazine; Information Technology Strategist for the Vision4Children Pediatric Charity in the U.K. and Teaching Faculty at the City Colleges of Chicago.

Dr. Chaudry earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ross University. He subsequently earned his Master of Science degree in health care policy and management from the University of Birmingham. Terri Couts, RN serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Information Officer at The Guthrie Clinic headquartered in Pennsylvania. Terri is a pivotal force in the integrated health system that serves rural communities in New York and Pennsylvania. Her leadership in the Innovation Pillar of the strategic plan is redefining care models through advanced technology, positioning The Guthrie Clinic as a leader in healthcare excellence.

Over the last 8 years serving at The Guthrie Clinic, the integrated health system has been on a transformative journey with Terri Couts, an impassioned leader and trailblazer in healthcare informatics. With a solid foundation as a pediatric, neonatal, and open-heart nurse, Terri expertly combines her clinical experience with a deep understanding of technology's role in healthcare. She holds a board certification in nursing informatics from ANA and a Master's in Healthcare Administration.

With two decades of nursing practice and current board membership with CHIME, as well as distinction as a CDH-E, and CHCIO, Terri's unique insights enable her to seamlessly connect clinical practice with healthcare informatics. She advocates tirelessly for a unified "one-patient one record" system.

Terri's outstanding contributions have garnered recognition and accolades. Anna Dover, PharmD, BCPS, is the director of product management at FDB where she leads development of medication decision support solutions. Before joining FDB, Dr. Dover worked with frontline clinicians to optimize CDS at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. She also provided services to 54 ICU beds as a clinical staff pharmacist at New Hanover and served as senior director of pharmacy for Select Medical. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Florida.
