CHIME Innovation Series: Innovation Strategy – Launch & Execution

Are you early in your innovation journey? Recently been asked by your CEO to “own innovation”? This workshop is for you. Innovation Strategy – Launch & Execution is a small group, cohort-based workshop within CHIME’s Innovation Series. This innovation workshop is designed specifically for CIOs, HIT Executives and Innovation Executives within provider systems.
What it is not: This is not about creating an “Innovation Center.”
What it is: This workshop is about developing a culture of innovation, adopting innovation to deliver customer value, empowering your organization to be more innovative and determining what “innovation” means for your organization. A cornerstone of this program is presenting strategies and practical examples for executing innovation within provider systems like yours.
Topics to be covered: Getting Started – Innovation Tools and Frameworks, Developing a Culture of Innovation, Innovation Case Studies, Innovation Strategy and Customer Value, Health System Innovation – The Role of Venture Investing, Activation Energy – Launching Innovation, Evaluating and Engaging Start-ups, CEO Alignment and Organizational Strategy Alignment, Measuring Success and Defining Learning Opportunities, and more
Attendees are eligible to earn up to 12 CEUs.
Registration fees and payment:
Space in this program is limited to a maximum of 20 participants. The registration fee includes all program materials as well as all networking events.
Please note that payment due no later than July 11, 2019. If full payment is not received on or before July 11, 2019 your registration is subject to cancellation.
Registrants who cancel on or before June 25, 2019 will be issued a full refund of their registration fees. Registrants who cancel after June 25, and before July 11, 2019 will be assessed a $1,000 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Due to the limited capacity of this program, no refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after July 11, 2019.

Cancellation: Should you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so no later than the 1 week prior to date of your arrival. Due to the low rate offered hotel cancellations received after this date will be accessed a full penalty for the entire reservation.
