Virtual Conference Suite Space with Personalization Components
Customization features include: Booth Colors (choose 2), upload your company logo, choose the visual appearance of your conference suite, create an “About Us” description (250 character max), scrolling marquee message (100 characters recommended), and share specific keywords that will help event attendees find your conference suite when using the event’s search feature.

Conference Suite Intro Video / Image Screen
The front screen is one of the first things that an attendee’s eye is drawn to before they begin exploring the rest of your space. Thus, we encourage you to make this feature as exciting as possible. Optimal size for image is 484x272px (.jpg, .png files) – under 10MB for video file (.mp4, .flv files).

Tabs with flexible content selections including text, files, videos, chat features, external links
Conference suites are set up with the following standard tabs: Documents and Links, Message Board, Video Collection, External URL, Live Chat, Social Media Feeds, and Survey. Verbiage and display order of the tabs is customizable. File size limit for videos =10MB per video file.

1:1 Private (Text) Chat Capabilities
Use the Chat feature in your Conference Suite to reach out to visitors for one-on-one conversations. A notification will pop up on their screen informing them of the chat request.

NEW 1:1 Integrated Video Chat (Meetup) – Add video to any existing Private (Text) Chat, while using the Private 1:1 Chat feature in your Conference Suite. This allows you to conduct one-on-one video conversations without pre-scheduling in Zoom or another tool.

Number of Additional Conference Suite Staff Registrations
At the Platinum level, add 5 additional representatives to your suite and register them for the event by configuring their login and password information. Each representative will be able to set up and modify their own profiles, including login and contact information, once they log into the event

Post-Forum Analytics Report
Each firm will have access to a secure data portal using their event login credentials, which will lead you to a personalized analytics report including:

  • Conference Suite Visitors List
  • Conference Suite Visitor Activity
  • Content Downloads/Views Activity
  • Communications Activity: Mail, 1:1 Private Chat, Suite Group Chat, and vCard Activity

Social Media Assets for Conference Suite promotion Standard Personalized
Platinum level Suites will get custom language to share, along with a custom graphic including their logo. Gold level Suites will receive language as well along with a standard graphic to share on social media.

Collateral can be uploaded for sharing in the Documents & Links tab of your Suite
Upload files and links (i.e., your corporate website, brochures, product details, and white papers) that you want to be available in your suite.

Downloadable Resources/Assets included in CHIME21 Knowledge Library
In addition to the collateral you can upload for sharing in your suite, Platinum level suites can submit 2 additional resources that will be house in the CHIME21 Knowledge Library, which will be reserved solely for Platinum level exclusive content.

Integrated Video Breakout (Max of 30 attendees)
The Integrated Video breakout is a Pre-scheduled session that will take place at specific date/time from within your Conference Suite. Within this session you can designate the primary speaker(s) from your team, and up to a maximum of 30 participants. It’s similar to a Zoom or Webex meeting, except it takes place within the platform.

Video Breakout promoted with CHIME21 Agenda & listed on platform
The aforementioned Video breakout session, once scheduled by your firm, will be listed on the CHIME21 Agenda and can be added to attendees’ in-platform agenda.

CHIME Facilitated Executive Huddles (3-5 CHIME Member participants, limited availability)
CIO Huddles are intimate, invitation-only facilitated discussions focused on an important digital health topic with 3-5 CHIME CIO members. Huddles are scheduled the day before the Forum for maximum participation.
