    EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: Registration fees are $995 for members of CHIME. There is no charge for CHIME

    STANDARD REGISTRATION: Registration fees after July 14 and prior to October 14 increase to $1,195

    ONSITE FEES: Registration fees for CHIME members will increase to $1,395 if registration or full
    payment is not received by October 13.

    Registration fee includes: Badge, meeting materials and proceedings, attendance at all Forum sessions, breakfasts, lunches, receptions and the charity golf tournament or recreational activity.

    Cancellation Policy: Prepaid registrants who cancel in writing on or before October 13 receive a full refund; cancellations received after October 13, no refunds will be issued.

    The standard registration fee ends on this date. This is the last day to cancel your registration and receive a full refund. This date is also the cut-off for charity golf tournament registration.

    The reservation cut-off is October 5, 2017. A one-night room and tax deposit is required to hold the reservation. Reservations will be on a space-available basis only. Make your reservations EARLY! 

    ROOM RATE: A block of rooms has been reserved for CHIME members at the special rate of $249 USD per night for single/double occupancy. Additional Charges include current room tax of 16.65%.

    Note there is an optional $35 resort fee. Opt-in upon check-in.

    Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. 

    CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you need to cancel your reservation you must do so no later than 72-hours prior to the date of your arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit.

    LOCATION: The resort is located approximately 14 miles from the San Antonio International Airport (SAT).

    TAXI: The approximate one-way taxi fare to the resort is $45 USD (one way).

    Update from HHS CIO – Fortifying the American Healthcare System

    Join the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services’ (HHS) Acting CIO, Beth Killoran and our own Russ Branzell, CEO of CHIME, for a discussion of the role of the CIO in an ever-changing healthcare system and constantly evolving digital climate. Ms. Killoran will outline the pivotal role HHS is playing in innovation both within and outside the federal government and how she is working with CHIME and others to engage the private sector.
