CALL FOR PROPOSALS
The call for track session proposals has closed. Thank you to all who submitted. After the Subcommittee and staff identify the selected track sessions, all who submitted will be notified whether or not their proposal was chosen. Selections are anticipated to be made mid-June.
Leadership from the Edge *NEW FOR CHIME17*
CHIME will be introducing a new set of sessions on Friday morning called Leadership from the Edge. These sessions will focus on how HIT leaders are looking into the future to determine how their leadership is changing to meet the needs of a very different healthcare delivery environment. CHIME will be seeking presentations from our HIT leadership community that point the way toward this new path, exploring how leaders can prepare for the future direction of healthcare, create a strategic vision and develop the leadership needed to get there.

Cancellation Policy: Prepaid registrants who cancel in writing on or before October 13 receive a full refund; cancellations received after October 13, no refunds will be issued.

July 14 Early Bird Discount – Register before July 14 and save $400 off the onsite rates! The early-bird discount ends on this date. October 5 Hotel room reservation cut-off date (provided there are rooms left in the CHIME block). After this date, hotel rooms are subject to availability. Make your room reservations EARLY! October 13 Register before October 13 to save $200 off the onsite rates!
The standard registration fee ends on this date. This is the last day to cancel your registration and receive a full refund. This date is also the cut-off for charity golf tournament registration.
If you are applying to join CHIME, all membership information must be received and approved by this date.

The reservation cut-off is October 5, 2017. A one-night room and tax deposit is required to hold the reservation. Reservations received after the cut-off will be on a space-available basis only. Make your reservations EARLY!
ROOM RATE: A block of rooms has been reserved for CHIME members at the special rate of $249 USD per night for single/double occupancy. Additional Charges include current room tax of 16.65%.
Note there is an optional $35 resort fee. Opt-in upon check-in.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you need to cancel your reservation you must do so no later than 72-hours prior to the date of your arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit.
LOCATION: The resort is located approximately 14 miles from the San Antonio International Airport (SAT).
TAXI: The approximate one-way taxi fare to the resort is $45 USD (one way).
