Fall 2019 CHIME Healthcare CIO Boot Camp | Nov 6 – 9, 2019
The Healthcare CIO Boot Camp™ is an intensive three and one-half day education program offered by the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) taught by a faculty of healthcare CIO thought leaders. Combining presentations, small group discussions, case studies and interactive problem solving, participants learn the real-world skills necessary to become a successful healthcare CIO.
Participation in the Boot Camp is currently limited to members of CHIME, AEHIS, AEHIT, and AEHIA, and their direct reports (including Affiliates). Healthcare CIO Boot Camp™ attendees are eligible to receive up to 32 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) toward the Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO) Program. To learn more about the CHCIO program, click here.
Registration fees and payment:
The registration fee for the Boot Camp is $4,995.00. The registration fee includes all program materials as well as breakfasts, lunches, and receptions and group dinner.
Please note that payment due no later than October 7, 2019. If full payment is not received on or before October 7, 2019 your registration is subject to cancellation.
Boot Camp registrants who cancel on or before October 7, 2019 will be issued a full refund of their registration fees. Registrants who cancel after October 7, 2019 and before October 14, 2019 will be assessed a $1,000 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Due to the limited capacity of this program, no refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after October 14, 2019.
Please note: Attendance is not transferable to another person or to another offering of the program.

The reservation cut-off is October 7, 2019. A one-night room and tax deposit is required to hold the reservation. Reservations received after the cut-off will be on a space-available basis only. Make your reservations EARLY!
ROOM RATE: A block of rooms has been reserved for CHIME Boot Camp attendees at the special rate of $275.00 per night for single/double occupancy. Additional Charges include current Arizona taxes of 12.57%
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you need to cancel your reservation you must do so no later than 7-days prior to the date of your arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit.
LOCATION: The resort is located approximately 20 miles from the Phoenix International Airport (PHX).
