CHIME’s CDH-P Program Earns CAHIIM Accreditation, Setting a New Standard in Digital Health Education

Chicago, Illinois – April 21, 2025 – The Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM), the recognized accrediting body for higher education health information programs, has recently expanded its accreditation scope to include professional development courses.


The College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) has made history by becoming amongst the first institutions to receive accreditation from CAHIIM for its professional development course. CHIME University’s Certified Digital Health Professional (CDH-P) Level Preparation Course was granted accreditation by the CAHIIM Board on December 13, 2024. This significant achievement reaffirms CHIME’s commitment to delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training for digital health professionals.
