Ann Arbor, MI, April 1, 2025 – The College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) extends its heartfelt congratulations to the 2025 recipients of the Baldrige Foundation Leadership Awards. This esteemed honor recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to advancing healthcare, innovation, cybersecurity, and public service.


CHIME is proud to celebrate all the 2025 awardees and especially honors several remarkable leaders whose work has had a direct impact on CHIME and the broader digital health community:


  • Lisa Gallagher, National Cybersecurity Advisor, CHIME – For her tireless commitment to strengthening national healthcare cybersecurity and for advising digital health leaders across the CHIME ecosystem.
  • Edward J. Gaudet, CEO and Founder, Censinet – For pioneering innovative cybersecurity risk management solutions that protect patient safety and bolster provider trust.
  • Nitin Natarajan, Former Deputy Director, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency – For his steadfast leadership in driving public-private partnerships that enhance national healthcare infrastructure resilience.
  • Eugene Woods, CEO, Advocate Health – For his visionary leadership in health system transformation and his role in advancing innovation and digital modernization in care delivery.
