PacificEast Launches Call Pre-Authorization Technology to Help Healthcare Providers Build Patient Trust and Improve Contact Rates

Beaverton, OR – June 17th, 2025 — PacificEast, a trusted provider of patient contact verification and branded communication tools for healthcare, has launched its new Call Pre-Authorization Technology, a capability designed to help care teams deliver clearer, more trusted phone outreach by verifying and enhancing outbound calls before they reach the patient.

This new technology allows healthcare organizations to confirm and authenticate call details in advance, so that when the call reaches the patient, it can include verified caller ID and, optionally, a short call reason such as Appointment Reminder, Test Results Available, or Care Team Follow-Up.

“In an environment where patients are hesitant to answer unknown numbers, giving them more context upfront makes a measurable difference,” said Dave Mori, CDO at PacificEast. “Our call pre-authorization technology supports that need for transparency while maintaining security and compliance.”

The feature is now available for early-stage implementation as part of PacificEast’s BrandDelivery platform. Healthcare providers can use it to:

  • Improve answer rates by providing patients with clear, trusted context
  • Minimize the chance of important calls being marked as spam or ignored
  • Support outreach efforts for appointment scheduling, results delivery, and follow-ups
  • Reduce call center inefficiencies caused by unanswered or blocked calls

This functionality is currently available to BrandDelivery healthcare clients looking to enhance their existing patient communication strategies.
