Executive Level

Senior technology and digital health leaders with organizational-wide strategic accountability, significant budget authority, and C-suite influence.

CHIME Honors Program

Lifetime CHIME (LCHIME) Program

The Lifetime CHIME designation is designed to recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to CHIME.


  • To qualify for LCHIME designation an individual must have been a CHIME provider member for a total of 15 years (consecutive or non-consecutive) AND must have served on the CHIME Board of Trustees OR achieved CHIME Fellow (FCHIME) status.
  • CHIME memberships will be reviewed each year, and those members who meet the criteria will be notified and entered in the LCHIME program. LCHIME designees that are also eligible for CHIME provider membership will no longer be required to pay annual member dues.
  • If a LCHIME designee no longer qualifies for provider membership, the benefits and privileges of CHIME membership will be suspended, however the designee may continue to use the LCHIME designation and may be able to participate in select CHIME programming.
  • LCHIME designees affiliated with a Foundation Firm may only attend CHIME events using the associated Foundation Firm’s allotted registrations.

CHIME Fellow Program

The CHIME Fellow program is designed to recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to CHIME and the digital health industry. This prestigious designation is awarded to members who meet specific core requirements and accumulate points through various achievements and contributions.


This program not only acknowledges the commitment of its members but also encourages ongoing professional growth and active participation in the digital health community.


  • Any CHIME provider member in good standing with at least four years of membership is qualified to submit for FCHIME consideration. Members must earn a designated number of points in the categories of: CHIME Leadership and Service; Professional Development; and Industry Contribution. Peer recognition is also required, with sponsorship from a current FCHIME member OR CHIME Board Member.
  • If a FCHIME designee no longer qualifies for provider membership, the benefits and privileges of CHIME membership will be suspended, however the designee may continue to use the FCHIME designation and may be able to participate in select CHIME programming.
  • CHIME Fellows affiliated with a Foundation Firm may only attend CHIME events using the associated Foundation Firm’s allotted registrations.

CHIME Emeritus Program

CHIME Emeritus membership status can be granted upon request to members upon their retirement from the digital health industry if they no longer earn income from a position in the industry. Members seeking transition to CIO Emeritus must have been a CHIME provider member in good standing for a minimum of five years.


  • CHIME Emeritus members qualify for a discounted annual membership rate and may qualify for discounts on other CHIME programs and events.
  • CHIME Emeritus members are not eligible to serve as an officer on the CHIME Board of Trustees. Participation in other CHIME programs may be restricted for CHIME Emeritus members.
